Robert Baden-Powell and his sister Agnes Baden-Powell founded the Girl Guides in Great Britain in 1910 in response to the requests of girls who were interested in the Boy Scout movement established by Robert in 1908. The first Guide Company in India was started in Jabalpur, Central India in 1911. Within a short span of 2 years, many more guide companies were formed in Howrah, Calcutta, Bombay, Madras and other cities but were directly under the control of Imperial Headquarters, London. The guides section at our school in the year 2006.
Nearly 128 students have received Rajya Puraskar Certificate. Three students have participated in International Jamboree and Five students have participated in State Jamboree. These students have brought lot of laurels to school and to our district by taking part in various competitions. Our school Guides are the active participants in the activities conducted by Bharat Scouts and Guides organization.
Our school Bulbuls are the most active participants in the district. They represent our school in all the activities conducted by The Bharat Scouts and Guides. Every year children appear for the exams conducted by The Bharat Scouts and Guides and all the children have been qualified in the exams of SUVARNA PANKH and HEERAK PANKH and have received the awards given by The State Bharat Scouts and Guides organization. Many children also aiming to receive their GOLDEN ARROW AWARD.
The Bharat scout and guide is a voluntary non political educational movement for young people open to all without distinction of origin, race or creed, in accordance with the purpose principles and methods conceived by the founder lord Baden Powell in 1907. The purpose of movement is to contribute to the development of young people in achieving their full physical intellectual, social and spiritual potentials as individuals as responsible citizens and as members of the local National and International communities. We started Cub section in our institution in the year 2014 .The main objectives of cub section is to develop habits which lead to good character, put in efforts of learning directed towards good citizenship, learn practical skills essential to become a good scout and a good boy in general, to do a daily good turn, develop fascination for beauties of nature and awareness of God and Dharma, to know about his state, people and culture, to inculcate a feeling of appreciation for family traditions, religious, social or ancestral character and make attempts to follow them. Our cubs learn general outdoor skill activities, first aid skill activities, compass skill activities, knot tying skills, have lot of fun and enjoy learning. Boys in Cubs become significantly more cheerful, helpful , kind, obedient, trustworthy and hopeful about their future.

The school has 20 classrooms. The classrooms in the school are thoughtfully designed To create an optimal learning environment. Each room is spacious and well-lit with large windows that allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Desks are arranged to facilitate both individual and group activities with enough space for students to move comfortably. Each classroom is equipped with smart boards to make use of the modern education technology and interactive whiteboards enhancing the learning experiences. Overall the classrooms are designed to be inviting, functional and conductive to active learning.
The school auditorium is located in such a way that it is easily accessible for all students. The space is used for extracurricular activities such as club activities, rehearsals, music recitals and great speaker events.
